Joseph Nash is originally from Bradford, Pennsylvania. He holds a bachelor's of science degree in Biology from the University of Kansas and obtained his law degree from The Pennsylvania State University - Dickinson School of Law. He makes his home in northern Butler County with his wife of 13 years and his 4 children.
In his free time, Attorney Nash enjoys fishing with his children, fishing without his children, and hunting.
Attorney Nash is a member of the Texas Bar, Pennsylvania Bar, The Butler County Bar Association, and Christian Legal Society.
Since obtaining his law degree in 2004, Attorney Nash has prosecuted criminal cases with the Cameron County District Attorney's Office in Brownsville, Texas. In that position, Attorney Nash was the lead courtroom prosecutor of all juvenile offenses in the county. After serving in that position for 2 years, Attorney Nash was promoted to a lead prosecutor position in adult prosecutions.
In 2008, Attorney Nash and his wife Megan (and new baby Luke), relocated from Texas to Pennsylvania to be closer to family. They settled in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania where Attorney Nash accepted a position in a local law firm where he practiced criminal defense and also established a bankruptcy practice for the law firm. A year later, Attorney Nash founded The Nash Law Office in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania where he focuses on Family Law, Criminal Law, Bankruptcy, and Wills/Probate Law.
